I can write code and do programming project pretty well. However everytime I go to the technical interview, I always failed to able to quickly come up with the right solution that Interviewer like. Anyone know any good way to learn and get myself better on it?

  Well, it depends whether you're handsome or pretty :) 
  
  Joking aside, my recommendation is not put that, unless required. Most of the firms, especially US firm, has an Equal Opportunity policy in which they want to ensure the hiring practice is based on looking at the person skillset fit instead of purely from the outlook, and thus they specifically not allow the applicant to attach the photo on CV.

  1 or 2 pages are fine, never go beyond 2 pages for an undergraduate student. 
  
  Students tend to put too much highlights on their society involvement, awards and scholarship, etc - those in most of the time are not so prominent while comparing to highlight on your technical aspect, project work (in and out-campus). 
  
  Neat and straight-to-point is always the best layout.1 or 2 pages are fine, never go beyond 2 pages for an undergraduate student.

  Yes, definitely, especially if you’re building up your careers on sales, private banking, wealth management, etc. 
  
  Students often think their experience on “not-so-professional” might not be useful. In most of the time, probably this is how you can stand out - people care more about how you “package” yourself, for example, how you learn about different financial instrument and build connection through the insurance agent experience, those are valuable experience which not able to learn in campus.Yes, definitely, especially if you’re building up your careers on sales, private banking, wealth management, etc.
