25% 正手擊球，兩人一組，擊十球對方扔出或擊出的球，球網上方繫有一條繩子，如擊球後球的高度低於繩子並在對面場區發球線後觸地淂2.5分，於球網與發球線中間觸地淂2分，如球的高度高於繩子，無論於任何位置觸地都只淂1分，界外觸地0分，只計算成績最好的8球之分數總和，加上5分姿勢分
25% 反手擊球，兩人一組，以單手或雙手反拍握法擊十球對方扔出或擊出的球，球網上方繫有一條繩子，如擊球後球的高度低於繩子並在對面場區發球線後觸地淂2.5分，於球網與發球線中間觸地淂2分，如球的高度高於繩子，無論於任何位置觸地都只淂1分，界外觸地0分，只計算成績最好的8球之分數總和，加上5分姿勢分
25% 發球，共發十球，五球由右邊場區發向對面左邊，五球由左邊場區發向對面右邊，如球觸地後彈到場區外淂2.5分，其他則2分，只計算成績最好的8球之分數總和，加上5分姿勢分
10% 筆試 (內容主要圍繞筆記及堂上所提及的內容，15題網球，5題體育常識) - 20題多項選擇題 / 10分鐘
